We stock all brands of metal clay, PMC, Art Clay, Copprclay & Bronzclay. Here we explain exactly what it is and some useful tips.
The clay is made from microscopic particles of silver, gold, copper or bronze (copper & tin) suspended in a mix of water and a non toxic binder to create a wonderful modelling material which when fired, either in a kiln or by butane torch, leaves you with your solid piece of precious metal.
The clay can be modelled like any other clay and is smooth and pliable in consistency. Both PMC and Art Clay come in many forms, either lump, paste, syringe or sheet/paper type, with exception to gold, copper and bronze which only comes in lump form at present
