Cork clay can be sanded and burns out on firing with PMC and Art Clay.

Most needle tools sold for working with metal clay are actually knotting needles made for stringing beads etc.  Whilst they are perfect for stringing  they drag the clay when cutting out individual shapes.  This tool has been especially developed for metal clay with its extra fine precision tip and cuts through clay like a laser.  We use this tool on our courses and students love them, enabling them to cut out really unusual shapes!  Look how much smaller the point of the clay pick is compared to a pro tip needle tool!  It really does cut through clay like a laser!  Overall length of tool is 6”. 

An 300 X 300mm .25mm thick workmat which is great for working with metal clay as the clay does not stick to the mat!  Usable time and time again, Teflon/PTFE mat is extremely durable and cleans easily, your clay can be dried on these mats as they are heat resistant.  This is a much larger size mat which can be cut to size for small silver clay pieces or used larger for Bronzclay pieces.

This lovely clay balm has has been especially formulated for us using only natural ingredients and is ideal for metal clay users.  A rich mixture to use on hands when working with silver clay and on work mats, moulds etc., to prevent sticking.  Less messy and works better than using olive oil.  Works exactly the same as Badger Balm and smell of lavender to keep you relaxed whilst working! Comes in a handy 15ml tin to enable you take it anywhere.
