Elaine McDermott - London SE21, London School of Jewellery

!

Having worked with both PMC and Art Clay for the past eight years, I still have the same passion for the material as I did on the day that I opened my first packet and hopefully this is reflected in the classes that I teach.  Having previously worked with ceramic clay it was a wonderful progression/addition to my work.   I love to combine silver clay with ceramic, glass and enamel and love to experiment with various combinations of materials.  I am a Senior Metal Clay Tutor, but I have also undertook a City and Guilds Certificate in training adults. To add to my knowledge of metal clay, I have also attended various courses in silvermithing, ceramics, enamelling and glass to be able to incorporate these in my work as a jewellery designer.
