Due its lower range of kiln temperatures a wider range of stones can be fired with Art Clay 650.  Glass, ceramics, sterling and other metals can be fired safely with this clay. Shrinkage rate 8—9% Can be torch fired or kiln temperature range 1472°F to 1200°F

This product is a softened clay that comes in a ready to use syringe but with no nib, making an ideal refill for other Art Clay and PMC Syringes that already come with tips.  You can use syringe clay to make a strong attachment between clay elements.  It can also be used to fill in grooves or cracks or to produce lines or ropes of clay as decorative elements.  After opening, keep the uncapped syringe submerged in water.  It will remain fresh and ready to use as long as it is not allowed to dry out. Same firing temperatures as Art Clay 650 Low Fire lump.
