People love little boxes and lockets to keep all their tiny treasures in. Learn how to make them out of silver clay at this one day course. Ideal for fingerprint businesses, developing skills or just for making a lovely personal keepsake for someone special. A mixed ability class whereby the box or locket created will be based on experience. For beginners we will start you off with a simple round box shape with no hinges or lids and for the more experienced we will aim at something a little more adventurous!
For the more experienced we will cover such things as working sterling and silver clay together, making clasps and hinges, making an enamel inlay using our beautiful European enamels. The choice is yours, if you have an idea we will help you develop it by the end of the day.
Held at Rosetti Hall in the peaceful village of Holmer Green, Bucks. The centre has a fully equipped kitchen so please feel free to bring your own lunch alternatively there are a few local shops providing lunch. Accommodation is a 10—15 minute car journey from the centre for those wishing to take an overnight stay. Listings are sent out with course confirmation.
