Cast your own disposable ring pellets simply and easily with these strong, durable ring moulds.
Kits contains: Pellet mould, 500grm casting investment and a US ring size gauge & conversion chart and instructions.
Firstly model your ring around a ring mandrel two sizes larger than the required fit and then place your ring pellet inside the ring shank and fire. The pellet will control the shrinkage and will keep your ring perfectly round.
US sizes 4 to 12 only. Choose from whole or half sizes.

Ideal basic wooden tapered ring mandrel for creating PMC and Art Clay rings.
Cover the ring mandrel with velum paper to prevent your clay sticking. For rings that are to be kiln fired it is suggested, as a guide that you model two sizes larger than required. We find that torch firing a ring you usually only need to model one size larger but this will depend on your torch. There are no markings on this mandrel so you can adapt it to any country sizing.
Try Art Clay's own marking papers which fit around the mandrel with a guide line for your to follow when making your ring.
