This latest addition to the metal clay family a wonderful blend of copper, tin, binder and water which when fired leaves you with a true bronze.
This particular clay can only be fired in a kiln and works slightly differently to the silver. Therefore we have created a day whereby everyone can have the opportunity to learn and try this wonderful medium. You will provided with 100grm of Bronzclay to create your projects. Like ceramic clay, the bronze needs to be fully dried and needs a long firing, so your items will be kept for you, dried, fired and returned to you by secure post or you can collect them if you prefer. We will fire them using coal based carbon which will create a rainbow patina to your pieces but we will also show you the different finishes that can be achieved so that you can choose an alternative look to your pieces if you prefer.
